[Plugin: Simple Fields] Simple fields options automatically show on post/page?

I was wondering if there is a way to make your options appear on the post/page without having to select the connector on in the “Simple Fields” box on the post/page and saving the post/page first?

It’s just one more step for clients to get confused on… so I was wondering if it was possible to have them display automatically without having to make that connection each time?
