    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

    Are you able to login to your clone site and activate theme and plugins? I believe it got partially migrated but there are some that did not get activated.

    Hi, no I don’t see the theme or any plugins. Do I have to upload my theme, recreate the child, and individually go and get all my plugins?

    Hi, could you login to the cloned website and complete the restoration of the miragtion, this should activate the themes and any plugins.
    In the wp admin area under Updraftplus backups
    You should see a “Complete restoration” at the header section, or a “restore” button among your backup list, clicking on any of those buttons should attempt to fix the issue.

    Hi, I can’t log into the cloned site anymore. I get “Your connection is not private” message. I went to updraftplus.com and looked up my clone status. It says “Clone expired but is available for recovery for a limited time”. I added more tokens. It says “Will renew in26 days, 23 hrs from now.” I’m not seeing where to log into my cloned site. When I click on the cloned site link in updraftplus.com, it says …

    Please add this domain to one of your websites.

    Whoops, looks like this domain isn’t yet set up correctly.

    If you’re the site owner, please check your site management tools to verify your domain settings.”

    I also clicked “Restore VPS from image” and it says it will contact me when it’s complete. Is that the restore function you were referring to?
