Cleaner stops on WPEngine

    Hi, I’m trying to run the free version of Media Cleaner on our staging site on WPEngine. I know we have a lot of media that could be cleaned up, but the scan always hangs

    At step 2/4, EXTRACT FROM CONTENT: “The reply sent by the server is broken.“

    I’ve tried playing with the parameters, adjusting down and up, and running database cleaner first. No changes. It either times out at 14-15% or 45-47% and manual or auto retry makes no progress.

    Any suggestions? I’d certainly get the pro version if I thought it would help, but Jordy says it won’t. Any ideas?
