I am not able to access my website or the admin page of my website. When I attempt to go to my website, https://lacindalegate.net/, or my admin page, https://lacindalegate.net/wp-admin/, I get a blank white page for both on my Chrome browser and HTTP 500 error message on the Explorer browser. The last thing I did on my admin page was update a plugin. I believe it was related to an SEO plugin. I checked the cPanel at Bluehost and it shows that everything is fine. I have cleared the cache & cookies on both browsers, which did not help. Can you help me? If you can’t get this resolved, can you reset it and I will rebuild it. Fortunately, I was not anywhere near finished building it anyway, so it will not be a big deal.

Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

Deactivate your plugins through ftp, rename your plugins folder to plugins-xxx and try to access your site
