Error message: We were unable to process your form

Hi, I recently got aware of a strange behavior of the plugin.
So, I fill in all the required fields and press submit. Then I get an error message: We were unable to process your form, please try again.
So, when I press Submit again, it works. This is a problem because some customer might not be aware of the error message and believe that their message has been sent successfully. And anyway, why doesn‘t this work on the first try? Thanks for any help.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
