LearnPress not sending emails

  • Hello, please I need your assistance with LearnPress emails issue. I currently have LearnPress version 4.2.2.4 and whenever a user enrolls in course(which is free sometimes) the user receives default WordPress emails but none of LearnPress emails.

    Kindly note that when the user registers on the default Woocommerce my account page and then gets the course the user and instructor receive emails but if the gets the course through registration on learnpress checkout no emails are received.

    Hi,

    We are checked on our system and the LearnPress email is working well.
    Which theme and PHP version are you using? You can try to use the SMTP plugin to check.

    Thank you for your reply, we are using PHP version 7.4 and the theme is Lissa. Please note that we already applied the SMTP on the website but did not solve it

    Please let me know if you can’t assist anymore so I know how to proceed. Is it possible that the PHP version or theme are the only probable issues? Is the plugin in any ways not compatible with other plugins that I should know about?
