Incorrect review count

So that means there are some reviews submitted on the product page and thus they are not available on your store page at cusrev.com. Only reviews submitted via the aggregated review form will be displayed on cusrev.com.

But there is no way to get the total review count of my woocommerce product and the products rating average, like with the cusrev badge : https://toutpourmasante.fr/temoignages/

Because this badge I am using is not relevant, since I have many more reviews…

Hi,

If you want to display total reviews and ratings on your site, please use the shortcode [cusrev_all_reviews] and with a summary bar. Please go to Reviews > Settings > Shortcodes tab, to get more details.

Hi,

1. If you want to update logo on your site, you can login to the CusRev dashboard > Store settings > Upload logo.

2. The number of reviews on your store page at cusrev.com might be different from the number of reviews on your site because there is no way to delete reviews on cusrev.com while you have full control over reviews on your site. You can delete any reviews as you want. Check on two screenshots:

I don’t have a pro license so I can’t update the logo. This is a one year old logo. Is there is clearing cache procedure in Cusrev ?
