Product category condition should be applied even if one of the products matches

    Hi,

    I set the free shipping condition for the battery category products.

    If we have 2 products in the cart that one of them is a battery and the other one is something else, it doesn’t show the free shipping method.

    how can set such a condition that shows free shipping even if only one of the products is a battery?

    Hi,

    The ‘category’ condition requires all products in the cart to have the given category before the condition matches. So if there are two or more products in the cart with different categories, the rate won’t show up.

    Instead use ‘Contains shipping class’, which allows for other products to be in the cart at the same time ??
