plugin doesn’t work

Could you please elaborate more about “the plugin doesn’t work“? Maybe the steps to replicate it, so I can try the same on my dev site?

Also, when I check your site above, the active is not Astra and I don’t think the Header is created using this plugin.

Is the problem also happening on the theme you are currently using?

I use STOREFRONT theme.

I simply created a header with the plugin but it doesn’t show.Also tried with the Astra theme but it doesn’t work.

On other websites I manage your plugin works perfectly, I can’t figure out what hinders it here. I’ve been thinking about conflicts with other plugins. I’ve deactivated several plugins except WPML, is that what’s causing it to not work properly?

It’s weird if this plugin is not working with the themes you mentioned above. I can confirm that I have no problems and this plugin works seamlessly with both Astra and Storefront theme.

Is it possible for you to create a video showing how it looks from your end, and how you do that?

Thanks for the video. I don’t see anything missed in the video. Not sure why it doesn’t work.

Would you please try reinstall this plugin and see if it does the trick? If it doesn’t, I am afraid that we cannot assist you further through this forum. I’ll try reinstalling it. I suspect it’s conflicting with something though, because I’ve used it on other sites and it hasn’t given me any problems. In the sites where it works I noticed that the footer creates an empty space under the sections and I don’t know how to remove it.

Let us know how you go with reinstalling. As for the empty space problem on your another site as you mentioned above, if you need help with that, please start a new thread instead of using this one to discuss, to avoid confusion.
