    Hi There,

    I am using Ultimate Member 2.6.3 and it has been reported that on my site https://staging.nypf.org.uk/ it will not send a password reset link to the email address of the user even though that email is activated in the settings. (using a BTInternet account)

    The second issue is another user has reported they cannot see an email saying their account is awaiting review by the website team and not even the approved account activation email either (using a gmail account)..

    Please can you urgently help us with the error as the project is time critical? Thanks anyone in advance
