    Hi,

    I want to resize the popup window. Default on desktop and mobile the height of the popup seems to be full screen, and I’d like it to be 50% of the screen so the page behind it is still visible.

    Now I have tried to use the Divi -> Section Settings -> Design -> Sizing to set the height to 50%, but nothing changes, the popup stays full screen height. How can I change the height and width of the popup?

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with setting up the width and height of your popup. I will assist you in resolving your issue.

    I checked your shared site URL: https://dropjesbox.nl/cadeaupakket-open/, but I was unable to locate any popup with ID #Voorwaarden.

    I further investigated your site and found that “Popups for Divi” was installed and active, but no popup was active on your page.

    Could you please activate your popup, so I can investigate and help you resolve your issue?

    You can use the “Min Height” & “Min Width” option instead of the “Height” & “Width” options to set the sizing of your popup.

    I have demonstrated the same in the video below. This will help you set up your popup height and width as per your custom defined size.

    I’m having the same issues. No matter what size I set the height to it’s too tall. Tried adjusting sizing on both section and box and it doesn’t fix it.
