    A ccustomer has just wrote in advising that the woocommerce shipping isn’t working as expected.

    They’ve been charged twice but no label has been generated. They’ve had to go to USPS directly and pay a third time to obtain a shipping label.

    How ccan the customer obtain refunds for a non-generated label and how can we fix the issue of labels not being generated.

    Kindly note that refunds are only available for unshipped labels in pre-transit (prior to carrier receiving the package) and must be requested within 30 days of creation.
