put sale item to show first on the brand page

Are there any ways that I can put the sale items on each brand first on the brand page?
I need to use brand pages connected to the product carousels. The product carousels have brands on sale, and when customers click on the brand name, it will direct customers to the brand page. Since customers started from the sale item, I would like to show sale items on each brand first and then regular-priced items. So the brand page needs to be sorted that way.
