    I am trying to log in to my admin account but cannot because the captcha code is not working, I tried removing the plugin but I still get the error, though the captcha field is removed. I’m locked out, please help.

    If you delete the BPS Plugin on the WordPress Plugins page or delete the /plugins/bulletproof-security plugin folder the BPS CAPTCHA is removed. The CAPTCHA is file based and not Database based. So if you are still seeing a CAPTCHA on your login page then that would most likely mean you are caching your login page, which should never be done for any reason. Try deleting your Browser cache.
