To address this issue, you could submit a new support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard, and inform that the ticket must be assigned to Ralden Souza. Then, you can let me know one of the two options below:
1) You can whitelist our support email by following our guide here: https://wpforms.com/whitelist-emails-from-wpforms/. Let me know that you followed our guide, and we will send again the answers for your tickets.
2) You can provide us an alternate email address that we can use in our support system, and we will send the answers for your tickets to this alternative email address.
