    Hello,

It seems for me the customers aren’t forced to create an account while the box is unticked in the woocommerce settings. I have almost disabled all plugins, same result. It seems this setting does not work at all, because it is also impossible to buy as a guest while that box is ticked.

What is wrong? Hope you can help me.

    Thanks,

    Hello @see7ter,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The notice to log in will show when you try ordering something, does that not happen when you try ordering as a guest?

Also, I can see there’s a multi-process checkout process which is not the default behaviour of WooCommerce. Is it coming from your theme?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    Hi Saif,

It is solved. The order information screen did not appear while clicking the cart button. Once the server/host Varnish cache was cleaned it was solved. I have disabled the Varnish cache.

I am not sure what you mean with the multi-process checkout. But it is definitely something from Woocommerce included in the theme (the7 Dream Theme). I did not change anything. This screen will also show while i use for example the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout].

    Hi @see7ter

Thank you for providing the details and letting me know that the issue has been resolved. I’m glad to hear that cleaning the Varnish cache and disabling it resolved the problem with the order information screen not appearing when clicking the cart button.

Regarding the multi-process checkout, it seems to be a feature specific to the theme you’re using, The7 Dream Theme, in combination with WooCommerce. This feature might be automatically included in the theme and doesn’t require any manual changes.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with any other aspect, please feel free to create a new ticket.

    Cheers!
