woocommerce actionscheduler php fatal error

Hi,

I run into issues with woocommerce action scheduler, this happens when i attempted to push my work from production to live site… I installed woocommerce on my production and when i push, the site went down, giving me NS_ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED…

I run through the apache2 logs, and here are some errors I found

I figured it is a database issue.. but I have no idea how to fix at all… I really welcome any pointers or directions into this issue, and how I bring my site back up again
