Hello, I’m noticing a difference between the orders reported on “orders” and “revenue” on woocommerce analytics. On revenue the amount is always significantly higher.

Here a visual example. June 7th, 4 orders for an amount of 250,50€.

On “Revenue”, 5 orders are reported for an amount of 271€ (293€ including shipping)

Any Idea on what causes the problem? Thanks!

Good idea!!! That could be it!

    Hi @irenella

If you’re experiencing a discrepancy in the reported orders and revenue in WooCommerce Analytics, it is possible that the issue is related to the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method and the order processing. Orders marked as ‘Complete’ with the COD payment method could be considered as ‘Paid’ in the Analytics reporting after the order update.

Let me know if that is the issue ??
