Will not show shipping methods for any addres

    I set this up for a customer, they connected it with the API, but no matter what I do, no shipping methods show up. I’ve tried every combination of settings I could, nothing works. Does anybody have this issue? Shouldn’t it just retrieve the users address and list out the options?

    Hi @calebprenger85,

    If after adding a UPS Live Rates shipping method to your shipping zones, the method is not available in your cart, please enable debug mode in the plugin settings and verify in the cart if any error messages from the UPS API are being displayed.

    UPS Live Rates method in the shipping zone
    (WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → UPS Live Rates → Advanced Options → Debug Mode)

    You can enable debug mode in the general settings of the UPS Live Rates plugin, more information here: https://octolize.com/docs/article/124-general-settings

    Please let me know if the UPS Live Rates shipping method has been added to the shipping zone and if the debug mode displays any errors.
