Request button not working

Hi! I have some trouble with the plugin at the moment.

I can add products and I can also see the shipping options (I removed it now), but when I get to the checkout – the button does nothing.

I checked console, no error..

waiting for the server logs, but are you able to maybe point me in the right direction?
