500 Error – Infinite Loading

    I am experiencing infinite loading when trying to save changes in F&S.

    I see this was an issue that had been resolved in the changelog:

    1.4.2 – 12/09/2022

    • Fixed bug: 500 error / infinite loading on Fish and Ships settings page, when too much logs are saved (all logs saving on production sites)

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi Michael, sorry for this big delay!

    This bug was solved, and simply updating Fish and Ships will work. If you have a newer version installed, the bug must be other. Please, try this:

    1. Save a new method with a few rules (some webservers has a low limit of input fields allowed, and each Fish and Ships rule has a few of them)
    2. If this doesn’t solve the bug, please, look into PHP error log file (should be outside /httpsdocs, in root) using a FTP client.
