Can Select Bucket but nothing happens when Saving
-
Using WP Offload Media Lite — Would like to get it working before I purchase it..
When I select a bucket and it puts a green check mark beside it, I then hit Save Selected Bucket button.. But nothing happens.. I seem to not be able to proceed further..
I can go to CREATE NEW BUCKET and it will create a new bucket in there, but I still can’t select and save that bucket once it is created.
Doesn’t seem to be any errors in the logs.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi @stlracing,
WP Offload Media Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!
This error:
VM500:1 Uncaught (in promise) SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE “… is not valid JSON
… means that WP Offload Media seem to be getting an HTML page instead of a valid JSON data. Could you check for us the entire value of that string? I think it’s an error page in HTML.
Also, you might be experiencing this only when performing PUT methods on your REST API endpoint. Kindly check your server settings if request methods like PUT, DELETE, PATCH, etc are allowed on your website. You may have to ask your hosting provider for help on this one.
Let us know how it goes for you.
