FRAUD

  • FRAUD. I never signed up for this company service, I am hosted with another company IONOS, and I use WP without their plugin. NOT SURE how they sourced my cc info, charged my account and caused it to overdrawn. I contacted their customer support, they kept hanging up on me and tell me I am not eligible for a refund, and have to continue a year service!
    I will be taking time off work reporting this and have to cancel my credit card.
    This business shouldn’t be operating
