    I have entered the GA4 Id, and it shows up in my purchase confirmation page, but nothing shows up in my GA4 panel nor in the Payment Gateway Tracking Accuracy Report.

    I understand that nothing shows up in your GA4 Panel and Payment Gateway Tracking Accuracy Report. Let me help you with this.

    GA4 purchase conversions can take anything from 24 to 48 hours to show up. I suggest waiting first.

    As for the Payment Gateway Tracking Accuracy Report, it only runs once at night. Kindly check after a few more hours for the report to reflect.

    Thank you for the quick response. Now the purchases show up. How can i track the items viewed and added to cart? These are the events that get tracked in my GA4 account at the moment.

    Hi @gglynos ,

    The free version of the Pixel Manager doesn’t send the enhanced E-Commerce Events such as Add To Cart, Begin Checkout, etc. It only sends the purchase event. That’s why it’s being reported in GA4.

    Could you confirm that you’re using the FREE version of our plugin? If so, please consider upgrading to the PRO version to track the enhanced e-commerce events.
