Hello, the payment button does not work for me. Indicates that recaptcha is not configured. I have gone to the configuration within the plugin information and I have set the keys. I use the recaptcha for my web form and it works fine. what can be happening?

    Hello @anamunozhur

I’m sorry for the issue you are having with reCAPTCHA. When using reCAPTCHA with WP Simple Pay you must ensure that all other plugins that use reCAPTCHA are using the same version (must be v3) and the same keys.

If you are using v2 of reCAPTCHA on your web form, then it will cause issues with WP Simple Pay’s implementation.

    Kind regards,

Okay I understand. So what you recommend is that I use V3 of recaptcha instead of v2, right? What changes does it bring from v2 to v3?

    Hello again, @anamunozhur

WP Simple Pay will only work with v3 of reCAPTCHA and you must ensure that all other plugins that use reCAPTCHA are using the same version (must be v3) and the same keys.

The biggest difference is that v3 is essentially silent and bases its functionality on a score, rather than presenting a challenge to the user immediately.

You can read more about v3 reCAPTCHA on Google’s reCAPTCHA page.
