[Plugin: Query Multiple Taxonomies] How to sort results returned from QMT

How do I sort the results returned from the query? I would like to do this before hitting the_loop in the taxonomy.php template I basically want my posts to be listed first (alphabetically) and then my custom post types (alphabetically by title). Is this possible easily or do I need to strip info from the $wp_query object and create my own arrays and loops from it (by-passing the_loop)?
