• I use the Smart Image Resize PRO licensed plugin.
When I choose the rights thumbnail size (600×600) and regenerate all images are blurry on my product pages.

When I click on a product the image is sharp.
For example this one: [ redundant link removed ]

    Hi @0108daniel

The original image’s size in the provided link is 496×390, which is smaller than the desired size of 600×600. Consequently, when the image is resized, it will be enlarged rather than reduced, resulting in a blurry appearance. To prevent the images from appearing blurry, you can either upload a larger image or include the following code snippet in your theme’s functions.php file, and regenerate thumbnails:

    add_filter('wp_sir_maybe_upscale', '__return_false');

Let me know if you have any questions!

I think it’s not related to the size, because they are all uploaded at a minimum of 900.
When you click on a image/product you can see that the image is shart.
Only on the product page the images are blurry.

The developer cannot support you here and if @nlemsieh does then they risk getting into real trouble. No one is permitted to support customers on this site.

For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    https://sirplugin.com/contact.html

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

@nlemsieh Please do not make this mistake again. Send pro users to your site for support. Only users who are not your customers can be supported for the free version here only.

I am on a support page with the right plugin to ask support with.
Then it is not possible to ask support on a support page?
    I think I don’t understand is.
Hope someone can help me with this question from the OP.

I am on a support page with the right plugin to ask support with.

You are 100% not and you are posting in the wrong place. That is not debatable.

You are a pro user and the developer cannot and must not support pro users or customers here. They will lose access to these forums if that continues and could lose their plugin on www.remarpro.com.

You are a customer of this developer. You paid for that support when you went with the pro version. Why would you not use that marquee service that you paid for?

The contact page has their email (which I will not post here). Avail yourself of that option. Again, you paid for that privilege.

Thanks but if you see a pro user or customer post here, regardless of if it is “relevant to the free version” you still need to direct the user off of this site. You do not have any other option for pro users or customers.

Which you have now done in reply and I thank you for that.
