I understand that you have correctly activated the Boleto option in both the WooCommerce settings and your Stripe dashboard, however, it is not showing on your site’s checkout page, correct?
Here are some troubleshooting tips you can try and see if these resolve your issue:
- Ensure that you have the latest versions of both WooCommerce and the Stripe plugin installed on your website. Outdated versions might cause compatibility issues or bugs that could prevent the Boleto option from appearing. You can check it under Plugins > Installed Plugins
- Check your website’s currency settings: Boleto is only available for Brazilian customers and transactions in Brazilian Real (BRL). Ensure that your website’s currency (WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency) is set to BRL and that you have enabled the option to allow customers to change their billing country during checkout.
If these steps did not resolve the issue, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stipe plugins are enabled and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers.
