Events List Widget not showing today’s event (that is not yet over)

    Greetings! Have my Events Calendar populated with an event scheduled for later today. On the website, the widget displays “There are no upcoming events” despite today’s event not yet having started (much less ended). Is this the expected behavior or have I mis-set something to not show the event prior to it ongoing/completed? My thanks for the assist in the setup!

    Thank you for reaching out and I’m sorry to learn of the difficulties.

    For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. The Events Calendar
    4. Theme and Version

    If you could also provide a screen recording of how you have your event(s) and the event list widget configured in the backend, that would be appreciated.

    Greetings tristan083 – my thanks for getting back to me. We can leave this post up for future reference. Do use the location in setting the time zone! Calendar now definitely works fine under php 7.4.33, 8.0.28, 8.1.19; WordPress 6.2.2; The Events Calendar 6.0.13.1; Fairy 1.3.9, Twentyseventeen 3.2, Parabola 2.4.0.1.
