Doubt with the products

  • I am thinking of buying your WPC Composite Products for WooCommerce plugin as it perfectly suits what I need.
    When trying the free version I realized that a product with the smart composite cannot show a product that is using your plugin.
    Is this solved with the premium version?

    I attach a couple of screenshots that perhaps are more explanatory.

    As you can see “Shoemaking tools kit” is selected. But it is not shown in the front end.

    “Shoemaking tools kit” is another product with the active smart composite.

    Would you like to show the ?“Shoemaking tools kit” as a grid in the front-end? Pls check if the component is added the product image to show in the font-end.

    Hi! As you can see in the attached image, the images are displayed now.

    I have activated the product grid as well as the display in 3 columns.

    And as you can see the only product that is not shown to me is “Shoemaking tools kit for oxfords and sansals”. That product is the only one that uses your plugin. I also attach the url of the product that does not show the grid well and the product that uses your plugin. This last one is the one that does not appear on the grid.

    Dear @oriolatomic4,

    You can check our demo site and see that our plugin still works fine. The grids still show image normally.

    There might be a conflict between your plugin or your theme and our plugin

    Pls kindly check by changing your theme or deactivating one by one plugin to figure it out.

    I have seen your example page and I have been able to verify that only simple products or products with different variations are added. From a product you cannot add another that is already using your plugin.

    In other words, in “Product1” you cannot add “product 2” to the options grid, the latter being created by your plugin.

    Is that correct?
