Your server terminated the Import process

I constantly get this notification when trying to update a large amount of products (5000 at a time). I had recently upgraded my server as i was informed the server was almost full, got the server upgrade and i am still having the exact same issue of the import being terminated. I can only upload 10 iterations at a time, if i try more than that the import terminates after 5 minutes 100% of the time. Any help would be appreciated.
