Hide Paypal Button on Cart Page, Show On Checkout Page

I am trying to remove the “-or-” and the Paypal button on the cart page that shows under the “proceed to checkout” button but I want to keep it on the checkout page because the Paypal button is also on the checkout page. I think it looks better with just the “proceed to checkout” button then both the Paypal and/or place order button show on the checkout page. I hope that makes sense.
