conflict with Events Calendar plugin

As we have seen unexpected issues where the previously optimized data is invalid or incomplete, we recommend to first try a reset of the optimization to ensure any invalid data is removed.

No data will be lost as the default WordPress tables also contain the SEO data. This process will only reset the custom Yoast tables with the combined data pulled from those default tables.

Also, we recommend creating regular backups of your site and database before making substantial changes to your website. Regular backups provides you with a safety net if something were to go wrong. In addition, we highly recommend using a staging or testing site to reduce the impact on your live site.

? 1 Install & activate the?Yoast Test Helper plugin?
? 2 Go to Tools > Yoast Test
? 3 Locate the Yoast SEO section and click on the ‘Reset indexables tables & migrations’, ‘Reset Prominent words calculation’, and ‘Reset Internal link counter‘ buttons. After each click, the page will reload to confirm that the specific reset was successful.
? 4 Go to Yoast SEO > Tools, and under SEO data, click the “Start SEO data optimization” button to allow Yoast to rescan your content.

Okay I installed this plugin and ran the optimization but I get an error that your help article doesn’t have an answer for: Error parsing the response to JSON. It seems to relate to the posts and articles post type that we imported (about 400 of them). Might that be the problem and how do I resolve?

When the SEO data optimization process fails (under the SEO > Tools section), could you click on the drop-down in the red error message for the error and response and see if there is any relevant information? If you could open your browser’s console and check for any JavaScript errors and take a screenshot, this might be helpful.

We’ve just released Yoast SEO 20.9. Can you please check if the problem resolves after updating to the most recent version of the plugin?

If the problem with the unknown inclusive_language_score column still occurs after updating the plugin, resetting the indexables table via the Yoast Test Helper plugin should fix the problem by recreating the _yoast_indexable table with the correct columns.
