Changing address of production site

  • I am currently building a new site for our school district. I have WP installed and working wonderfully. Site URL is https://machinename.domain.com. I am going to want this to be https://www.domain.com once I am done. Other than changing my DNS records to point incoming “www” traffic to this box, what will I need to do? Will the site name need to change i inside WordPress, etc?
