    Hi,

I have created a form and tested it several times, it’s sending the email to my business gmail address but I’m not receiving any fields data.

Can you please help me to sort this issue.

    Thanks!

    Hi @saniat,

We have seen some cases where the notification body was blank, but the data was in the Original message. Here’s a screencast as an example on how to see the data in the Original message: https://a.supportally.com/v/ClLLD1.

Issues like this were solved by configuring an SMTP plugin on the site. We have an article with a list of recommended SMTP options and links to their setup tutorials.

I hope this helps! When you’ve had a chance to give this a try, could you please let me know if it works for you or if you have any questions?

    Thanks!

    Hi @saniat,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!

    Hi @tpsve,

To test if the issue would be with the notification or your mailbox, you could create a Gmail email address, and add it in the notification settings to receive the email. Then, you can submit your form, and verify the notification on Gmail.

In case the notification is with data on Gmail, the issue is with your mailbox, and you could reach out to the support team.

In case the notification is also blank, you can verify if the data is in the Original message. For this, you can follow the screencast that I shared in a previous message: https://a.supportally.com/v/ClLLD1.

If the data is in the Original message, you could address the issue by using an SMTP plugin. In case you don’t want to use an SMTP plugin, you can reach out to your hosting provider support, and share with them the issue and screencast. They may be able to help you get this sorted out.

And if you’d like more help with this, could you please create a new post on our WPForms Lite support forum?

    Thanks!
