Unable to Import Intrace Theme Pages

    1. Every time I try to add a page of the Intrace theme using the Gutenverse Library I keep receiving the following error message “Import Failed, please try again”. This however only applies to “Projects”, “Project Details”, and “Contact”, the other pages were imported successfully.
    2. Is there any way to import the theme templates I already customized through the editor?

    Hi @lewaneng,

    Could you send me your system status? It’s available on Gutenverse > System Status dashboard? Also, have you tried to import it again for a second attempt?

    To import the templates you have customized, you can utilize the copy block feature or access the code editor to copy the code of the page.

    Could you try deactivating some plugins besides Gutenverse and do the import again? There might be a plugin causing a conflict.

    Additionally, if you can inspect the console (usually by right-clicking and selecting ‘Inspect’), please check the network and console tabs for any errors during the import process. If you come across any errors, please provide us with the details.
