Unable to open Site Identity

  • I have proteo theme running fine on my site, but I have just tried to migrate the site to a new domain, which all went fine except I cannot access the following sections under Themes/Customize

    /Site Identity (need to change logo etc)

    /Sidebars

    On my old site they open up with the settings / logo url automatically showing, but on the new site they do not automatically open and I cannot click them to open, all I have is:


    • Site logo
    • Site title
    • Tagline
    • Favicon

  • Hi, if I good understood it does not work only on your migrated website right? maybe some files have not been moved correctly. Do you have some js issues in browser console on clicking on that sections?

    Hi, I copied the entire folder so all files should be present. I dont see any errors in console apart from this but this is on loading the customizing page, and its also present on the old site which works fine.
