premium user never received welcome email

I paid for the Personal $99/plan, never received a Welcome email and your system doesn’t recognize my email so I can’t reset password. On your website, your support policy says “Only premium users can open a new topic.” so since I can’t login I can’t post this in your support forum. I’m frustrated because I am unable to use the plugin that I just paid for and we are heading into a holiday weekend. So hoping someone from your support will be able to help me soon.
I emailed you through your contact form on the website but you also say “We rarely support via email. Email is mostly used for sending private info. Please use this support forum first before sending us emails”
