Hi there! As many others have also posted, I’m getting an error when I try to export a template: says “app could not be loaded.” This was working just a few weeks ago and I have not added any additional plugins to this website. The only edits I’ve made have been cosmetic. All of my plugins, theme, etc are up to date. Is there a solution for this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    1. Clear your browser cache: Sometimes, cached data can interfere with the proper functioning of websites. Clearing your browser cache can help in refreshing the website and resolving any temporary issues.
    2. Disable plugins temporarily: Even if you haven’t added any new plugins recently, it’s possible that a conflict has arisen between existing plugins or a plugin may be causing the issue. Try disabling all plugins (except elementor ) and see if the problem persists. If it resolves the issue, you can enable the plugins one by one to identify the specific plugin causing the problem.
    3. Switch to a default theme: If you’re using a custom theme, temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (such as Twenty Twenty-One) to see if the issue is related to your theme. If the error disappears with the default theme, it indicates a problem with your custom theme.
    4. Check error logs: Review your website’s error logs for any relevant information. The error logs can provide clues about the cause of the issue and help you narrow down the problem. You can typically find error logs in your hosting account or by accessing your website’s files through FTP.
