Thanks for reaching out @eepleberry. So we can ensure Site Kit works for you as expected, can you share your Site Health information, and whether you made any changes to your sites language recently?

Once we have the above we can check on this further and provide some suggestions. If you’re using a third party language plugin, or if your site has been translated somehow, there be something that impacted how Site Kit operates.

Let me know if you have any questions with the above.

Many thanks for sharing @eepleberry. From reviewing your Site Health information I can see there is an unusual value for your site language, which is resulting in this error.

In order to try and resolve this, can you temporary switch your switch language (Settings > General) to any other language before checking your Site Kit dashboard once more. After doing so let me know if the dashboard does load as expected. You can switch back to your current language after doing so and check once more. If the same occurs we’ll need to determine how you’re language is being defined.

Let me know how you get on with the above.

I’m just following up with you to check whether the error remains? If so please share the information requested above and we can investigate further.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to open a new support topic if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
