owl.carousel.min.js?ver=1.0 net::ERR_ABORTED 404 (Not Found)

hi, I’m doing a theme, my theme is owl-carousel.min.js file link is correct, but the js file is not working, when I looked at it from the console, I looked for js, the url prefix comes in front of its file, and this is https://www.siteadres/tv-series/js/owl-carousel.min.js looks like js
how can I solve this problem normally https://www.siteadress/js/owl-carousel.min.js it should normally work in this form.
