Problem with form,

also form have a problem with uploading photos from apple products.

Just to be sure what exact problem do you notice in Apple products? Do you notice any error messages or the issue is after the submission as mentioned before?

Possible to also share the form export, so that we could further investigate regarding this?

If you are concerned about any sensitive information in the form, then you can duplicate your form, remove any sensitive information, and then export it.

You can share the export file via Google Drive, Dropbox or any cloud services in the next reply.

I’m afraid, it seems like the Google Drive URL is private, possible to make it public so that we could check the screenshot and the form to have a better idea regarding the issue?

Thanks for the additional info. However we were not able to reproduce the error for the upload fields. Please see the image below:

Could you add in your Google Drive any of the images you are including in the upload tests, so we can perform a further check on this? We’ll just need to verify it is not an issue related to encoding or name formats.
