• Hi,

First if all, thank you for creating this plugin, resolving a very common issue that is still not addressed by Woo.
I still have one issue though, that I’m unable to resolve:

My store works with single, unique items. I want to item to show “out of stock” from the moment a order is pending.
This works, to the extent that another person is not able to checkout this product when another customer has a pending payment already. So far so good.

The only issue is that during pending payment, the stock status on the catalog page and single product page still shows “in stock”. Is there a way to changes this in “sold” already during pending payment?

Thanks for your help, Kind regards Leo

  • Hi @leonardosreef,

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. We receive a high volume of support requests every day, which sometimes causes delays in our response time.

Regarding the issue, I was unable to reproduce the issue on our end. Could you please ensure that in the plugin’s settings, under the “General” section, “Decrease stock” option is enabled and “Triggers” option is set to “Order status: Pending payment”? Also please enable the “Advanced: Force order stock update” option.

However, if the issue persists, then please let us know.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur

    Hi again @leonardosreef,

I hope you are well today.

I took another look at the issue you are experiencing. I think it might be a cache-related issue. So I would suggest clearing your cache and seeing if the issue gets resolved. Also, if you are using any cache plugin, please try to deactivate it.

    Kind regards,
    Moshtafizur
