Images not loading in home page until interaction

    Hi, I’m experiencing an issue with the images on my website. They don’t load until the first interaction, such as scrolling down or similar. It’s really disappointing to see the homepage without any images until someone engages with the page. I’ve tried changing the optimization settings to standard, balanced, strong, and extreme, but it hasn’t made any difference. I’ve also made sure to clear the cache before testing, but the problem persists. Interestingly, I have another client with a free account who is facing the same issue. I’m considering upgrading to the pro version of this platform, but I can’t do so unless this problem is resolved and a solution is found.

It ensures that JS execution is triggered only on user scroll/tap, resulting in faster loading times. The element-rendering scripts won’t execute until prompted by actions from page visitors, so you need to tap/scroll first to get page elements.

    While we can disable this delay, please note that it is critical for better website performance scores. We would recommend leaving it in place, as users tend to start interacting with websites right away.

    Therefore, there are two options available:

    1. Leaving the delay in place, which means that gallery will require first interaction to load, resulting in a better final speed score.
    2. Disabling the delay, which will allow the gallery to start loading right away, but the speed score will likely be worse.
