    Hello.

When I change a user’s status to Deny, their status changes to Pending and the message that appears to the user when they try to log in is Pending. I don’t understand then what is the difference between Pending and Denied. Thank you.

    Hi @cajubaena,

We have deny the user registration request on our testing environment, but we did not find the issue. The User will be listed in the denied status; please check this screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/hjnPF4L.png for confirmation.

It seems that there is a conflict between the plugin. Could you please refer to this documentation https://docs.wpeverest.com/user-registration/docs/how-to-check-plugin-theme-conflict/ and follow the instruction kindly? This will let you know the cause of the error.

Let me know if it helps or not, and I will get back to you.

    Regards!

    Hi.

If I try to apply the denied status on the user’s link in the user list, the status is not applied to Denied but to Pending. But, if I apply the denied status to the user in the link that appears inside Edit User, the Denied status is applied and the denied status of that user already appears in the list of users. However, the user can login without problems.

    Hi @cajubaena,

As we mentioned earlier, we do not have such issue. We recommend you test the conflict on your site.

    Regards!

Since we did not get a response from your end, we are marking this thread as resolved, as we believe the things mentioned here are now resolved. Please create a new support thread if needed.

    Thanks!
