Audioplayer and login seperated from the rest of the site

Hello there,

i currently do a website based on WP3.0.1 for a friends club.
He wants to have an audio player and a login panel separated from the rest of
the site, so ppl might see at all times wether they’re logged in or not,
and can listen to some music from the resident DJs.

Problem:
If i put the player on lets say at “Home” and switch to the “Gallery”
the music would stop playing, thus making the effort in vain.

i thought about using an iframe at the top but really cant find any good
starting point on google/forum to start from.
Maybe a Plugin would help or a tutorial on how to embed the login and
Audio player that stays visiable at all times.
Something like https://www.macnn.com is using. They have this little bar
at top with all the stuff i would probably need.

Any help would be very appreciated.
