Ashe Pro Columns and Sidebar do not appear

  • Hello I purchased the Ashe pro theme and the side bar?with 2 columns on the general layout does not show correctly. I only see one column and no sidebar.

    Also support for this theme is such a nightname, I would strongly advise against purchasing this theme with such horrible support

    Please advise.
