• Hello all,

I manage a WordPress page dedicated to my teaching career. As we near the end of another year, I am updating my class photos page. For some reason, I can not remember how to embed photo captions at the bottom of the image (set against the image as opposed to below the image). As you can see by my link, all of my class photos feature the caption imbedded on the image itself. You will see in the most recent image, the caption posts below the image. I just can’t remember how to embed the caption in the image itself. ?? Help please.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • You seem to manage the images as a gallery in the Block Editor. There you just have to add a new image and write its caption. The caption should already be on the image, because it is already set in the gallery.

You can find more information about the gallery block here.
