G Site Kit Error
-
I can’t use G Site Kit after installing the plugin.
When I click the button says “G Site Kit” at the left column, it doesn’t show anything.
My browser is Google Chrome, and I already tried below.
- Cleared the cache date
- Opened with incognito
- Deleted all other plugins which save cache
The following URL is the screenshot of my G Site Kit scree.

Hi @gamadodragon,
Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re encountering a blank page when trying to open the Site Kit dashboard. So we can understand more on what may be happening, please share the following:
- Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.??
- Please share any browser console errors that appear when checking the Site Kit dashboard from a Chrome browser incognito window?once more.
Note also that the screenshot link you provided is an invalid link, but do share the above and we can investigate this further.
Hello James, thank you for your help.
I just posted the form about question 1.
With regard to question 2, herewith I send you the URL of screenshots.
These errers were shown under Google Chrome incognito browser.

Many thanks for the update. The screenshots are very useful to see what’s occurring. What I suspect is happening is a block at host or regional level is impacting Site Kit reporting.
So we can determine more on this, can you share the following:
- Do you have any sites on the same hosting platform from whereby you can create another WordPress site and check Site Kit set up from?
- Are you able to complete Site Kit set up and view the dashboard successfully from this disposable WordPress site?
- Has the Site Kit dashboard worked for you previously?
Once we have the above we can advise on this further. Thank you!
Thank you, I completely forgot my the other website.
I signed in G Site Kit in my previous website (https://comoda0901.com/), which has been being redirected to current website (https://gamadodragon.com/).
For this reason, it has 0 PV and adsense is no longer active.
So that I am not sure if G site Kit works properly for the previous website.
Below URL is the screenshot of G Site Kit at the previous website.

https://imgur.com/7uexUawThanks for the update @gamadodragon. As you were able to connect Site Kit from your other site, let’s perform some additional checks with your current site where you’re encountering a blank screen. Firstly, let’s rule out third party plugin related issues impacting your Site Kit dashboard. To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Login to your live site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
- Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
- From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google“.
- Check the Site Kit dashboard once more
Let me know how you get on with the above. If the same occurs, we can then perform some additional checks, from another device and also from a disposable WordPress site. We may also suggest a plugin reset, given you mentioned your site was redirected from another site.
Thank you, I did as you said, but still G Site Kit shows only blank screen.

These were written in Japanese for some reason, but I enabled Site Kit by Google with Incognito Browser.

Thanks for the update @gamadodragon. As you have Site Kit connected on your previous site (https://comoda0901.com/)), which is now redirect to your new site (https://gamadodragon.com/), let’s try a plugin reset on your new site (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit).
After you reset, please share whether you are able to complete Site Kit setup on the new site after going through the setup steps once more. Note that by resetting, all modules previously connected will need to be connected once more.
Hello,
I have similar issues when I want to verify SiteKit. It goes to 404 page (https://astronomyhubs.com/404-page/) after clicking Verify button.Previously I was using SiteKit in different domain name, was astronomhub.com but now I’ve changed my domain name to astronomyhubs.com.
I added Google Tags in my websites header, it works in Google Analytics but I couldn’t activate SiteKit plugin because of the issue as I mentioned. Need your help.
Sincerely
Muammer Kenber / Astronomy HubThank you, @jamesosborne
Sorry, does “Module” mean by G Site Kit ?
I just reset G Site Kit at the new site(https://gamadodragon.com/), and checked G Site Kit at the previous site (https://comoda0901.com/) which seems to keep connecting.
However, still I can’t connect to G Site Kit at the new site.

Thanks for the update @gamadodragon. When you mention “old site”, where Site Kit is successfully connected, are you referring to https://comoda0901.com? I ask as I can’t see the site URL from the screenshots you provided, and also because when I visit this site URL I’m redirected to your new site. Are you accessing comoda0901.com/wp-admin or are you directed to gamadodragon.com/wp-admin, in this screenshot?
What may be happening, are your redirect rules are impacting your wp-admin dashboard. For that reasn please let me know of the above, and whether you have both sites hosted on the same hosting package.
@astronomhub If you’d like to open an individual support topic we can communicate with you from there. Please include any details relevant to what you’re experiencing. This may include sharing your Site Health information and a mention of whether you see this when setting up Site Kit, as per the original support topic, or elsewhere. I’ll keep an eye out for your topic. Thank you!
Yes, my “old site” mentions https://comoda0901.com.
I have been using httaccess of FTP to redirect from https://comoda0901.com to https://gamadodragon.com.
The photo of old site httaccess
When I access to the old site, I deleted the redirect code and access to the old site, and when I finish it, I rewrite it down.
Thanks for the update and additional details @gamadodragon. Based on the very useful information you already provided. Can you check your hosting plan for any Modsecurity or other firewall active? If so, please temporarily deactivate any such feature. There may be configurations specific to your new site which are impacting Site Kit reporting.
I also checked your hosting provider for any possible feature and I can see there seems to be a Web Application Firewall that you can disable per site. https://lolipop.jp/manual/user/waf-set/#p-setup
Along with checking for any firewall, are you able to set up a new site on the same server and attempt Site Kit set up from?
Thank you very much for your effort to find my provider’s Firewall even though it is the provider in Japan.
I disabled WAF and Block for Abroad Attack in my provider, and also disabled plugins look like relating to security. Still G Site Kit shows only blank screen.
By the way, I plan to delete the old site https://comoda0901.com near future.
Do you think if I delete the old site, this problem will fix?
Thanks for the update @gamadodragon. Your old site isn’t connected with your current site. Deleting it in this case won’t allow you to proceed.
So we can determine more on what may be happening, can you share any XHR errors on the blank page when checking from a Chrome browser incognito window once more? Please share this privately only, using this form. This can help indicate any host related block.
In the event something went wrong during a plugin update or installation, you may also wish to uninstall and reinstall Site Kit.
Let me know if you have any questions with the above.
