    Hello,

    I have a problem connecting JetPack to my WP website :

    • Connecter votre compte utilisateur/utilisatrice
    • Une erreur est survenue. Veuillez réessayer.

    In english :

    • Connect your user account
    • An error has occurred. Try Again.

    I have another WP website which works good with JetPack on the same Plesk server.

    I can access JetPack, but can’t configure it.

    Hi @surfeurdor,

    I checked the website and from what I can see the SSL(HTTPS) certificate for the website has expired, but the site is still loading over HTTPS. This likely is the issue preventing Jetpack from connecting properly with your website.

    Please contact your web host support for help with fixing the SSL issue. Once the certificate issue is resolved try connecting with Jetpack again and let us know how that goes.
